บริษัท เอ็น.พี. ดูโลส จำกัด ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 1991
และดำเนินธุกิจทางด้านนำเข้าติดตั้งและบริการหลังการขายระบบกล้องวงจรปิด CCTV
ในช่วงแรกกลุ่มลูกค้าของบริษัทเป็นกลุ่มโรงงานกลั่นน้ำมัน กลุ่มปิโครเคมี
กลุ่มท่าเรือ และโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมขนาดใหญ่

ในปี 1995 บริษัทมีโอกาสได้รับการแต่งตั้งจาก BOI
ให้ติดตั้งระบบ CCTV ในงาน BOI FAIR 95’ ทั่วพื้นที่ 300 ไร่
ทำให้บริษัทได้เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวางกับกลุ่มผู้บริหารในกิจการอุตสาหกรรมโรงงาน

ต่อมาบริษัทได้เก้าเข้าสู่กลุ่มลูกค้าอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์โดยผ่านการเข้าแข่งขันประมูลงาน
โดย CCTV มีบทบาทสำคัญในการกำกับพนักงานให้อยู่ในระเบียบและง่ายต่อการจัดการและตรวจสอบ

บริษัทยังคงเดินหน้าก้าวนำ โดยการนำระบบ AI (Artificial Intelligence) มาปรับใช้กับลูกค้าหลายๆราย ให้พัฒนาป็น Smart Factory ที่จะมาลงต้นทุนในหลาย ๆ ด้านให้กับลูกค้าได้
